The content of chromium and nickel in these alloys is relatively high, and the content of forming elements (V, A1, Ti) in the dispersion strengthening phase is relatively small. Its main form of heat treatment is "solution treatment", through solution treatment can achieve the purpose of strengthening. Solution treatment is also needed to eliminate work hardening and restore plasticity when parts need cold pressing for many times. Parts are usually annealed after welding to eliminate internal stress. Due to the high content of chromium and nickel, the oxidation resistance temperature of this kind of alloy is higher, generally up to more than 900%; However, the strength at room temperature and high temperature is low due to the small number of compounds in the alloy due to the small number of elements forming the dispersion strengthening phase. The structure of this kind of alloy after solution treatment is austenite, so it has good plasticity and can be formed by cold pressing. This kind of alloy is mainly used to make high temperature parts with complex shape, cold pressing, little force, but high oxidation resistance. The most typical part is the combustion chamber of turbine engine.
